21/365: Rough

I’ve been absent, but things have been turbulent and busy. And I’m still standing. Uncertain, but alive and breathing. What is there but gratitude for what is and maybe hope. Here I am, standing, breathing, puffy eyes and sweaty from yoga. I’ve been absent but I must be gentle with myself.
